If you would like to apply for the Hill Country Family Dental Savings Plan, please download and fill out the following application and turn into our office in Austin, TX. Your benefits are available only at Hill Country Family Dental. This program is a discount plan, not a dental insurance plan, and is secondary to any other dental plan.

Dental Insurance
We accept most dental insurance plans, and as a courtesy, we will file your dental insurance claim for you.
Our friendly and experienced staff at Hill Country Family Dental will provide you with a treatment plan, including your estimated “out of pocket” expense for your dental treatment. We will evaluate your portion and ask you to pay that amount at the time of service.
Unfortunately, your dental insurance company will only pay for a portion of your dental care. Cosmetic procedures like teeth whitening in Austin, TX are usually not covered. We work closely with all insurance carriers and make dentistry affordable in Austin, TX to all of our patients.
